You will be charged when you place your order.  If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your PayPal account will be refunded. 
 

SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround
Orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm EST.  Exceptions are for national holidays or when there is an announced close of operations posted on the home page of the website.

 

Carriers
We use USPS to deliver our orders.  At our option, UPS is utilized if there is an extreme cost differential between USPS and UPS.
International orders are processed through PirateShip as a domestic forwarder.

Order Tracking
A tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, you will receive a separate email with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders

If an item goes out of stock you will not be able to make the purchase of that item avoiding back-order processing.
