Don't have a motor with a e-clip and need a way to keep the shaft and rotor from moving in and out?
This is the answer; a 3mm long aluminum spacer that fills the void between the stator bearing and the pinion to lock the shaft in place.
This is the answer; a 3mm long aluminum spacer that fills the void between the stator bearing and the pinion to lock the shaft in place.
Instructions - Apply adhesive to the shaft and re-seat it into the bell. Once the adhesive dries reassemble the motor. Add the spacer between the stator bearing and your pinion and solder the pinion in place.
